Background

June Armstrong is a British based artist who specialises in quirky and quaint characters executed in watercolour.  Her artwork often features fairies, young children and childhood memories.

Bothy Theads is a UK based designer and manufacturer of cross stitch products who currently own the licence to adapt a collection of the June Armstrong paintings into cross stitch designs.  Bothy Threads have cleverly taken a number of June's adorable characters and translated them into cross stitch designs in the format of cross samplers or complete designs from displaying in our homes.
