How are International currencies displayed?
Our website automatically converts our prices to your local currency based on
the exchange rate quoted by Reuters PLC. Our currency rates are updated
using Reuters data weekly. However, this is an approximate value as we
take payments in GBP and your bank will convert GBP to your local currently at
their prevailing rate.

Do you include VAT for non-European prices?
Customers residing outside of the European Union are not charged
UK VAT at 17.5%. UK VAT is included the GBP prices we display, however,
if you have selected a non-European country, VAT will be removed
from the price.
I'm from the British Forces and based overseas, does this effect me?
If you have set your country as BFPO, product prices will be displayed without
VAT and VAT will be removed from the UK price during checkout.
I live in the Channel Islands where we are exempt from UK VAT, how does this
work?
If you have set your country as a Channel Island, product prices will be
displayed without VAT and VAT will be removed from the UK price during
