We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, JCB and all the major credit cards. Not forgetting debit cards and local payment schemes such as Switch, Laser, Electron and more.

Making a purchase could not be easier.  Simply browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into your shopping basket.  After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" where you will be able to enter your delivery details.

We accept credit card payment - for further details  about security.  If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company or bank will convert the transaction to your own currency. 

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs for the 2nd shipment prior to the order being shipped out.  If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please make postal and international money orders or cheques payable to 'Stitcher Ltd'.  Postal payments should be in United Kingdom (GBP) currency only.

Orders are processed on the working day that we receive them.   Most orders in the UK are delivered within 1-3.  International orders may depend on shipping times to your country and these vary per country.  Generally, International customers should receive their orders within 5-7 working days. 

All prices quoted on our website include UK VAT where applicable.  

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct.  Stitcher Ltd (trading as Superstitcher.com) reserves the right to change prices at any time.   Website prices may supersede prices quoted in our catalogues or any printed material issued by the company.

Superstitcher does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
